When will my Window Blank or Van Bulkhead be delivered?

Our window blanks and van bulkheads, both punched and solid and manufactured on demand by our supplier Van Guard. This process takes a few days so we can't deliver these as quickly as our other products. As a guideline, window blanks and bulkheads and fabricated each Wednesday, then sprayed on Thursday, followed by shipping on Friday. This means delivery is always likely to be on Monday. How do I clean my Aluminium van roof bars?

We retail both Van Guard and Rhino Aluminium roof bars, both of which have a protective coating applied. The protective coating reduces the likelihood of the aluminium oxidising, so you want to avoid removing this. It is best to clean the bars with a mild detergent and a non-abrasive cloth to preserve this protective coating.

What is the difference between Lined and Unlined Pipe Tubes?

Pipe Tubes, Pipe Carriers or Roof Tubes typically come in two variants, lined and unlined.

A Lined Pipe Tube

A Lined Pipe Tube has a plastic lining inside the tube to protect plastic trunking from being marked. This could happen if you place plastic trunking in an Unlined version because it rubs against the inside sides of the pipe tube.

An Unlined Pipe Tube

If you are mainly carrying copper tubes an Unlined Pipe Tube could be the best option for you, as it may not matter if the copper tubes are marked by rubbing against the inside of the pipe carrier. Due to the lack of lining, it is also possible to fit more copper tubes in an Unlined Pipe Tube.

We can source spare parts for all the Rhino and Van Guard products we list on our website. We may not have the spare parts listed on the website, as they are usually one-off requests with the manufacturer.
